Privacy Policy

1. BASIC NOTIONS

Site – private site of the LLC "Acropol Service", located in the Internet at the following address: https://www.akropolservice.com.

User – natural or legal person, provided its personal information via filing of the form for orders of coffins at the site in order to transfer this information to the site Administration.

Form of orders for coffins – special form, where User add his/her personal data in order to transfer it to the site Administration. 

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The present Policy is an official typical document of the site Administration and defines the procedure of treatment and protection of the information concerning natural or legal person using the Feedback Form at the Site.

2.2. The purpose of the present Policy is to ensure accurate protection of the information concerning the User including his/ her personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

2.3. Treatments connected with collection, storage, disclosure and protection of the information concerning the User is regulated by the present Policy and the current law of Russian Federation.

2.4. The present version of the Policy is a public document, elaborated by the site Administration and is available for any User of the Internet via transfer by the hyperlink «Privacy Policy».

2.5. The site Administration has the right to make changes to the present Policy.

2.6. in case of changes to the Policy, the Site Administration informs the User about this by publishing of a new version of the Policy at the site https://www.akropolservice.com.

2.7. as soon as the new redaction of the Policy is published at the site , the previous version is kept in the documentation archive of the site Administration.

2.8. by using the Feedback Form, User express his/her agreement with the conditions of the present Policy.

2.9. the site Administration does not check the accuracy of the got (collected) information concerning the User.

3. CONDITIONS AND PURPOSES OF THE COLLECTION AND TREATMENT OF THE USERS` PERSONAL DATA

3.1. Personal data of the User such as: name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, telephone etc, are transferred by the User to the site Administration by the User agreement. 

3.2. The transfer of the User`s personal data to the site Administration via the feedback Form means acceptance of the User of transfer of his/her personal data.

3.3. The site Administration ensures the User information treatment including his/her personal data such as: name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, telephone etc, as well as additional information about the User provided by his/her own willing: company, city, job position etc in order to fulfill the obligations to the Site User.

3.4. Treatment of the personal data is effected with respect to the following principles:

4. STORAGE AUND USAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The User`s personal data store at the electronic devices only and are used strictly in accordance with the purpose defined in clause # 3of the present Policy.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. The User`s personal data are not transferred to the third parties except for the cases considered by the present Policy.

5.2. The User`s personal data are provided by request of state organizations or local authorities in accordance with the procedure set by the current legislation of Russian Federation.

6. STORAGE TERMS AND И ELIMINATION OF THE PERSONAL DATA

6.1. The User`s personal data are kept at the electronic site termless.

6.2. The User`s personal data are eliminated by the request of the User or the initiative of the site Administration without explanation of the reasons via elimination of the information provided by the User by the site Administration.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USERS

The Users have the right to get information concerning the treatment of his/her personal data by a request from the site Administration.

8. METHODS CONCERNING PROTECTION OF THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE USERS

The Site Administrator undertakes technical, organizational and legal measures in order to ensure protection of the User`s personal data from illegal or occasional access, elimination, changes, blocking, copying, distribution and other inappropriate actions.

9. THE USERS` REQUESTS

9.1. The User has a right to send to the site Administration his/her requests including the ones concerning the usage/elimination of his/her personal data defined by clause # 3 of the present Policy in writing to the address pointed out at clause # 1.

9.3. The site Administration is obliged to study the User`s request and to send the answer within 30 days following the date of receipt.

9.4. All the correspondence, received by the Administration from the User (requests in writing/electronic forms) refers to the information of limited access and is not subject to disclose without the User`s agreement in writing. Personal data and other information about the User sent the request cannot be used without special agreement of the User except for the answer in accordance with the theme of the received request or in cases stipulated by the law.
